Quick and easy breakfast in a hurry

For me breakfast is the most important meal of the day. If I don’t eat breakfast I feel lethargic for the rest of the day, so I’m always munching something in the morning. haha…

Recently, I didn’t have much time to prepare my breakfast so I made a bowl with soya yogurt mixed with dehydrated coconut to start a refreshing morning. That day I couldn’t take the picture, but it was so good that next day I prepared the same dish just to take a picture and share here in my hearty corner.

The ingredientes I have use are:

  • a small pot of soya yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of dehydrated coconut

I combined well those two ingredientes and prepared the topping, where I put mixed oats which I have bought in Germany, I also like to mix chia seeds, some goji berries, a layer of almonds flakes, coconut flakes and a teaspoon of almond butter.

This made me feel satisfied till my lunch time at 12.
