I made this smoothie with matcha and it is simply refreshing.
You can put some berries on top and sprinkle a little bit of matcha powder just to pop up the green colour.
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ cup of any non-dairy milk (I use coconut milk)
- 1 tbsp of Matcha tea.
- Blend all ingredients together and serve in a bowl, top with your favourite berries or granola and voilá!
Matcha tea is powdered green tea that helps maintain metabolism and increases 😉 energy levels.
