Oats are awesome! Oatmeal is definitely my favourite breakfast, specially during autumn or winter season just because It is simple and warm my mornings.
Usually I don’t use any sweetener in my oatmeals, but when I wish to satisfy my sweet tooth then I like to add some extras like bananas for the sweet taste.
I made this delicious banana oatmeal with coconut milk, on top I put banana, Brazil nuts coated with dark chocolate, cacau nibs and peanut butter.
I also added cinnamon for some extra intense flavour.
How I made my banana oatmeal
- 1 cup of non-dairy milk
- ½ mashed banana
- ½ cup of gluten free rolled oats
- Cinnamon for topping
- Put 1 cup of non dairy milk in a sauce pan, leave it simmer for a minute.
- Add ½ mashed banana with ½ cup of gluten free rolled oats, mix for 2 minutes.
- Add cinnamon on top and extra toppings.
